Alternatives To Living In Violent Environments (ALIVE) became a member of the Sullivan Chamber of Commerce this week with a ribbon cutting ceremony held following the Chamber’s monthly meeting on Thursday at the Northside Reception Hall.
ALIVE’s mission is to provide counseling, emergency sanctuary, and other critical services to adults and children who have been impacted by domestic abuse, as well as to increase awareness in order to create a supportive community. ALIVE’s vision is to end domestic abuse, restoring safety and peace one family at a time.
ALIVE’s hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 1-800-941-9144 or 636-583-5700.
ALIVE works collaboratively with law enforcement, prosecutors and other social service agencies throughout the county to provide services to individuals in need.
