  • Bill No. 3420, sponsored by Alderman Jarrett Dace, being an ordinance approving a real estate contract with Gateway Consortium Foundation, a nonprofit organization existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, to purchase the City of Sullivan’s interest in a parcel ofland (formerly known as the “Tyree Tract”) located along the East South Service Road in the City of Sullivan, Missouri for a total purchase price in the amount of four hundred sixty-three thousand five hundred dollars ($463,500); and, authorizing the Mayor to execute.

(Passage ofthis bill would finalize an option passed by Ordinance No. 3407 on June 1,2010 for the sale ofl03± acres. The foundation plans on creating an International Teachers Hall of Fame on the property.)

  • Bill No. 3421, sponsored by Alderman Dennis Watz, being an ordinance approving a grant application with the State of Missouri for the 2011 Justice Assistance Grant Program (JAG) which application deals with three (3) portable radios and one (1) in-car camera for the police department in the City of Sullivan, Missouri and authorizing the Mayor to execute.

(Passage of this bill would authorize a grant application in the amount of$8,870 with a match of $887 from the city.)
