Pedestrian Struck on S. Outer Road Tuesday Morning

A Bourbon man was airlifted to St. Louis after being struck by a motorist on the South Outer Road two miles east of Bourbon at approximately 5:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Nathan Richardson, 23, was pushing a small motorcycle in the roadway without lights activated when Marcus Hardy, 20, Sullivan struck him in a 2000 Ford Ranger.
Hardy was wearing a safety device at the time of the accident and was not injured.
