Kelly M. Osteen (nee Roche) of Sullivan, MO passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the age of 43 years.
Kelly was born on February 28, 1967 in St. Louis, MO to David P. Roche, Sr. and Rosemary M. (nee Carmi) Roche. Many knew Kelly from her working at the Flying J and for the last three years at ATI.
She enjoyed living in the country; loved four-wheeling and taking care of her animals.
She is survived by two children, Matthew and Amanda Osteen, both of Florida; a brother, David Roche, Jr. and wife, Doyla, of Sullivan; a sister, Kathy Osteen of Florida; one granddaughter; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services for Kelly Osteen will be private and conducted in Florida.
