Sullivan and Bourbon Fire along with the Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a vehicle accident at the 221.6 mile marker of eastbound I-44 Monday morning around 10:30 a.m.
A vehicle traveling eastbound ran off the right side of the roadway and into the median after a tire separated on the vehicle.
Four people were inside the vehicle and were uninjured in the accident.
The names of the driver and the occupants were not available at this time.
