MO Highway Patrol Weekly Arrest Report

The Missouri Highway Patrol, Troop C, made eight arrests in Franklin County for the week of May 31 through June 5.
Michael J. McClearn, 46, Doolittle, was arrested on Tues., June 1 on the patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance precursors. He was held at the Franklin County jail.
Kristin M. Lenz, 29, Imperial, was arrested on Tuesday on the patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance precursor. Lenz was held at the Franklin County jail.
Shawna N. Hedge, 26, St. Clair, was arrested on Tuesday on the patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance precursor. Hedge was held at the Franklin County jail.
Keith M. Hedge, 22, St. Clair, was arrested on Tuesday on the patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance precursor and on Franklin County warrants for felony probation violation, leaving the scene of an accident, unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree. Hedge was held at the Franklin County jail.
Robert M. Terry, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on Tuesday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. Terry was held at the Franklin County jail.
Robert T. Poucher, 45, Fenton, was arrested on Tuesday on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of assault and on a Jefferson County warrant for possession of cocaine. Poucher was held at the Franklin County jail.
Elliott T. Klotz, 25, Villa Ridge, was arrested on Wed., June 2 on a Richmond Heights warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of a non-moving traffic violation. Klotz was held at the Franklin County jail.
Leon Smith, 37, Robertsville, was arrested on Fri., June 4 on the charges of driving while suspended, registration violation, felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was held at the Franklin County jail.
