Four Gasconade County People Sentenced on Federal Methamphetamine Conspiracy Charges

The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that four Gasconade County people have been sentenced on federal methamphetamine conspiracy charges. Each defendant previously pleaded guilty to one felony count each of conspiracy to possess pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine.   On various occasions between June 2007 and February 2009, they were involved in a conspiracy to purchase pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine in Franklin County.

“Meth lab crimes tear at the fabric of our community, they destroy lives, poison children and contaminate the environment.  I look forward to the day when we can rid our communities of these dangerous and toxic crimes. Until then we will continue to work with the United States Attorney’s Office to hold those involved accountable,” said Detective Sergeant Jason J. Grellner, Franklin County Narcotics Enforcement Unit.

Amber Nicole Fieser, 20, Bland, MO, was sentenced Tuesday to 30 months in prison;

John Randall Gray, 45, Bland, MO, was sentenced to five years of probation on June 11th;

Seth Allen Durbin, 22, Bland, MO, was sentenced April 29th  to 60 months in prison; and

Tommy Lee Wilcox, 42, Bland, MO, was sentenced April 5th  to 70 months in prison.

This case was investigated by the Franklin County Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Assistant United States Attorney Tiffany Becker handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Offic
