Free Turkey Hunting Seminar Offered In Sullivan

A Turkey Hunting Seminar will be offered on Fri., Apr. 16 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Sullivan.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the seminar will begin at 6:30 p.m. The seminar will end at 9:30 p.m.
Guest speakers scheduled to attend the seminar include Jim Braithwait, Wildlife Damage biologist for the Missouri Department of Conservation, and John LaGrand, owner of Mountain Screamer Game Calls.  Topics include turkey management, predator control, turkey hunting regulations, turkey hunting strategies and turkey calling.
Area conservation agents will be available for questions. The National Wild Turkey Federation will have free food plot seed available at the seminar while supplies last. Door prizes will be given out during the seminar.
This is a family event and all are invited to attend the seminar and learn more about the wild turkey and our turkey hunting heritage.  The seminar is free of charge to the public. No pre-registration is required. Limited seating is available.
