Sullivan Mayor J.T. Hardy, right, presented a proclamation honoring Christine Hein, left, and Matthew Hein, center, for their military service during their return visit from serving in Afghanistan. The proclamation was presented to the couple during a welcome home party held by their family at the Sullivan Bowling Alley.
