Sullivan Fire is assisting the Missouri Highway Patrol with a tractor trailer accident at the 225 mile marker.
The accident occurred just before 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. The driver and a passenger were uninjured.
The accident was caused due to the driver being unable to slow down for traffic that had slowed from a previous accident involving a tractor trailer at the 226 mile marker.
Both accident were on eastbound Interstate 44.
