• Bill No. 3379, sponsored by Alderman Michael Lohden, being an ordinance approving a Contract agreement with Swinger Sanitation Incorporated which agreement deals with refuse, yard waste, and recyclable material collection, processing, and disposal services in the City of Sullivan, Missouri and authorizing the Mayor to execute.

(Passage of this bill would approve a 5-year agreement with Swinger Sanitation for solid waste removal in the city. The cost will be $10.45 per month from May 1,2010 to April 30, 2015.)
Bill No. 3380, sponsored by Alderman Jarrett Dace, being an ordinance approving Peoples Bank Subdivision in the City of Sullivan, Franklin County, and authorizing the City Clerk to execute said plat.
(Passage ofthis bill would combine three lots into one which is owned by Peoples Bank. The property is located at 112 South Service Road.)

• Bill No. 3381, sponsored by Alderman Mike Ryan, Jr., being an ordinance approving a contract with K&D Moor, a Corporation DBA/Southern Ditching & Excavating Company, which contract deals with construction of the East Vine Street Phase Two Improvement Project (McKinley to Hughes Ford Road) in the City of Sullivan, Missouri and authorizing the Mayor to execute.

(Passage ofthis bill would approve a 1 OO-day contract with Southern Ditching in the amount of $724,246.55. This project is being funded 100% by ARRA stimulus money.)

• Bill No. 3382, sponsored by Alderman Jarrett Dace, being an ordinance amending certain provisions of the Municipal City Code on Unified Land Use Regulations in the City of Sullivan, Missouri, by repealing Section 400.625 pertaining to Zero Lot Line Lots and enacting new Sections 400.625 and 400.640 in lieu thereof; and establishing the effective date. (Passage of this bill would allow the division/sale of a portion of a duplex, triplex, etc. type multi-family structure to multiple owners.)
