Mayor Provides Proclamation to Mondas

Mayor J.T. Hardy, left, presented a proclamation on Tuesday evening to Mary Monda, center, and Buel Monda, right, for more than 42 years of business in Sullivan. Monda’s Boot and Saddle retired the business this past week.
