On Fri., Dec. 11, Franklin County Narcotics Enforcement members conducted a traffic stop on I-44 near St. Clair. The vehicle was occupied by two females who were acting suspiciously. Further investigation revealed approximately 170 Lbs., of marijuana hidden in a speaker box of a Mercedes SUV. One female was taken in to custody for investigation of narcotics violations. She has been charged for drug crimes and is identified as Judy Silva, a Hispanic female, age 26 from Phoenix. It was determined that Silva is apparently an illegal alien and also wanted by ICE.
