Jason Helm, 35, Sullivan, was arrested on the morning of Dec. 7 by Bourbon police on the charges of felony theft from his employer, On the Run.

Helms allegedly stole $3,700 in the past year and could face up to seven years in prison for the class C felony.

His first scheduled appearance in court will be on Feb. 1, 2010.
