Feese Motor Company, 355 West Springfield, recently opened for business in the former location of Feese Chevrolet, an auto sales dealership that now spans four generations.
The business, owned by Jim Feese, II and wife, Kylie, is the fourth automotive sales business in the Feese family.
“My father, Jim Feese, had a dealership in Sullivan for 22 years and my grandfather, Ford Feese, was in the car business as well as my great-grandfather, George Feese,” said Jim Feese, II. “I really enjoy the car business and look forward to being a part of the Sullivan community.”
Feese is operating a pre-owned dealership that at the present time features over 30 pre-owned vehicles.
“We are going to have a full line of inventory that features all makes and models,” said Feese. “We also offer financing through several local institutions.”
Feese stated that business has been very good, so far, in his new operation.
“We have had a lot of traffic and a lot of people stopping by the dealership,” said Feese. “It’s great to see so much traffic and that’s what it’s going to take for this business to do well.”
Feese Motor Company is open Monday through Ffriday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. They can be reached by calling 573-468-2955.
