The Bourbon Boosters served their traditional Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner last Sunday at the Elementary School Cafeteria.  The guests were all served a complete dinner of turkey with all the trimmings, and beautifully decorated Christmas cakes. Santa Claus made his visit to the delight of the crowd and gave each guest a gift and a candy cane.  Everyone enjoyed the fellowship, many with friends they hadn’t seen since the party last year.  Although the crowd was not as big as anticipated, the club members were also very happy to celebrate with their senior friends. About 30 carry-out meals were delivered to those who were unable to attend.
The Booster Club sincerely appreciates the use of the school facilities for this event and would like to show appreciation to all the volunteers and school staff who worked to make it a success.
