First State Community Bank donated $100 to the Bourbon Band students for their trip to Branson this spring. The band will have the opportunity to perform for an audience at one of the many great theaters in Branson.
Joe Obermark, director of bands and choirs in the Bourbon School District, stopped by First State Community Bank to accept the check for the trip. Tim Peterson, bank president, presented the check to Mr. Obermark for assistance with the trip stating, “This will be a great opportunity for the students to participate and view some of the  outstanding productions in Branson.”
First State Community Bank proudly supports the students of this community and surrounding area to assist in providing them many varied and rich educational experiences.
