Mon., Oct. 19 – Kelly E. Graddy, age 44 of Cuba, was arrested on the charge of assault first degree.  A warrant was issued.
Mon., Oct. 19 – Rigel W. Capen, age 52 of Cuba, was arrested on the charge of assault first degree. A warrant was issued.
Mon., Oct. 19 – David J. Sutton, Jr., age 25 of Salem, was arrested on warrants for the charges of false impersonation and forgery (four counts).
Mon., Oct. 19 -  Richard L. Massey, Jr., age 28 of Cherryville, was arrested on a Wentzville municipal warrant for the charge of failure to appear and on the Crawford County charge of resisting arrest. A warrant was issued for this charge and he was released on bond.
Mon., Oct. 19 – Mark A. Arnold, age 20 of Steelville, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana.  He was released on bond.
Tues., Oct. 20 – Carl E. Bantel, age 28 of Cuba, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of unlawful use of a weapon and on the charge of resisting/interfering with an arrest.
Tues., Oct. 20 – Marcey P. Groeteka, age 38 of St. James, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. A warrant was issued.
Tues., Oct. 20 -  Herman J. Ilges, Jr., age 53 of St, James, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. A warrant was issued and he was released on bond.
Tues., Oct. 20 – Michele L. Parker, age 29 of Phillipsburg, was arrested on warrants for the charges of possession of amphetamine, fraudulent procurement of credit card, possession of a controlled substance and stealing.
Wed., Oct. 21 – Steven K. Trusty, age 23 of Steelville, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for the charge of possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana and on the Crawford County charge of possession of 35 grams of marijuana or less. He was released on bond.
Wed., Oct. 21 – Graham J. Shocklee, age 21 of Villa Ridge, was arrested on warrants for the charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. He was released on bond.
Thurs., Oct. 22 – Jay P. Merkel, age 29 of Collinsville, IL, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of tampering with service of utility or institution.
Fri., Oct. 23 – Kenneth A. Hopwood, age 44 of Cuba, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of nonsupport.  He was released on bond.
Fri., Oct. 23 – Jimmy D. Ketchum, age 56, was arrested on the charge of domestic assault third degree. He was released after 24 hours with warrant being applied for.
Sat., Oct. 24 – Jason L. Roach, age 25 of Cuba, was arrested on the charge of domestic assault second degree. A warrant was issued.
Sun., Oct. 25 – Edward E. Hudson, Jr., age 20 of Bourbon, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of trespass first degree and on an Onondaga County, NY warrant for the charge of failure to register as a sex offender.
Mon., Oct. 26 – Michael Wayne Duncan, Jr., age 31, was arrested for domestic assault third degree.
Mon., Oct. 26 – Keith Nicholas Paszkiewicz, age 28, was arrested on the charge of resisting/interfering with a misdemeanor arrest.
Mon., Oct. 26 – Roger Grant Melton, age 27, was arrested on failure to appear on a misdemeanor 5015.
Richard Allen Ackerman, age 39, was arrested for driving without a valid operator’s license.
Kegan Michael Burke, age 18, was arrested for TVB driving/operating PC/CV without a safety belt.
Justin Robert Protte, age 20, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams of marijuana.
