Bourbon police arrested Melinda Robinson, age 29, of Bourbon, on Oct. 15 for leaving the scene of an accident and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police made a separate arrest on Nov. 1 when Patrick Baughman, age 48, of Sullivan, was arrested for stealing at the Town and Country Supermarket.
