Sullivan Makes Quick Work Of Lady ‘Hawks

Sullivan volleyball has a winning streak.
At Bourbon on Monday night, the Lady Eagles took down their neighboring rivals 25-10, 25-17 to push their overall record to 4-3.
The Lady Eagles have now won three in a row, defeating Potosi, Union and Bourbon along the way.
Shiana Silkwood led the team with eight points and tallied five aces. Kelcey Bylo had seven points; Chelsey Key had six points; Alana Weiland had five points; Lauren England had three points; and Kelsey Smith had two points.
Carissa Richardson’s return continues to ignite the Lady Eagles’ defense as she led the team with seven kills. Weiland had five kills; Erica Breece had three; Key and Jarren Blankenship had two kills; and Silkwood and England each had one.
Blankenship had the team’s only block.
England led the team with 19 assists. Richardson and Weiland each had one.
