Illegal Alien Arrested In Franklin County

U. S. Eastern District Acting Attorney Michael W. Reap announced on Wed., Oct. 14 that an illegal alien was arrested in Franklin County after reentering the United States illegally for a second time.
According to Reap, Jesus Payan-Audelo, 24, Mexico, was indicted on Wednesday for reentering the United States after being previously deported. He was arrested by Union Police on Sept. 17.
If convicted, Audelo faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
Reap commended the work in this case by Union Police Department, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Assistant Attorney Fred Dana.
