The Sullivan Athletic Club is accepting registration for the fall Cardio Boot Camp classes offered at the club. Classes are for women who want to drop a few (or more) pounds and tone up at the same time.
An experienced instructor will work with you in every class to show the proper technique. Members use light-to-moderate weights for toning combined with cardio which helps drop those pounds for the maximum workout.
Classes are offered early Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:45 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. Evening classes are held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Wednesdays. All classes are one hour long and every member 18 and older receive a free weight lifting membership with their registration.
Additional classes offered at the Sullivan Athletic Club are gymnastics, tumbling, hip hop dance, Brazilian jiu jitsu, kickboxing, Bushido karate, weight training, tanning and more. Everybody is welcome to try a free class to find out how much fun it is at the club and lose weight while toning up.
