Sullivan Man Charged With First Degree Rape Involving A Child

Sullivan police have announced that a Sullivan man has been charged with first degree statutory rape.
On Friday morning, Sept. 4, officers arrested Sean Blum, 38, Sullivan, for investigation of a sexual crime involving a victim less than 14 years of age.
On Friday afternoon, Franklin County Prosecutors charged Blum with statutory rape in the first degree.
He is currently being held on $75,000 cash only bond.

Blum is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
