Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies arrested seven people in connection with an underage drinking incident on Sun., Aug. 23.
Franklin County Sheriff Gary Toelke reported late Mon., Aug. 24  that deputies received information of a possible underage drinking party in the 1000 block of Prairie Dell Rd., Union.
Deputies responded to the residence and contacted 30 individuals. During the investigation, deputies issued six summons for minor visibly intoxicated and one summons for contributing to the delinquency of a minor to a 21-year-old who hosted the party.
