Jeff City Spoils Home Opener For Lady Eagles

SULLIVAN — Sullivan had just one hit in their home opener against Jefferson City on Thursday night, dropping the game 4-1.

The Lady Eagles fell to 1-1 this season.

Shayla Harmon had the team’s only hit, a double, with two outs in the bottom of the sixth inning. The Lady Eagles struck out 15 times and had just four baserunners against Jeff City.

Sullivan will be back in action on Tuesday against Owensville.
