Sullivan firefighters were called to Mederi Home Health Care, 33 North Clark, Monday afternoon, August 31, just after 1 p.m. for a report of smoke in the building.
Firefighters conducted a search inside the building and from the roof top Monday.
Business owners smelled smoke in the building but as of press time the cause was undetermined.
There was no damage to the building which houses Mederi, Household Sales and Leasing and Central Market, business offices.
