ESBI III SALON OPENS. ESBI III Salon opened at 272 South Service Rd. recently and celebrated a grand opening/ribbon cutting ceremony with the Sullivan Chamber of Commerce ambassadors on Friday evening.

Changes are taking place to the face of the South Service Rd. in the former Gerry Counts Auto Sales building with the new South Community Plaza which will be the home for the South Community Credit Union and now the new home for the area’s newest hair salon.
ESBI III Salon opened June 16 at 272 South Service Rd. West and is owned by Tom and Marsha Thompson and Suzanne Mills.
According to Tom Thompson, the partner group decided to open the business for a number of reasons, primarily because Mills was ready to branch out on her own after working for years in a local salon.
“Suzanne had a vision of how she wanted a salon to operate and their clients to be served,” said Thompson.
Since opening, the business has been received very well in the community.
“Things here at the business have been going very well—actually, absolutely wonderful,” said Mills.
The salon is a full-service salon including manicure and pedicure services and a night dedicated to male customers on every third Friday night, starting July 17, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Male customers will be treated to a haircut for $15 and refreshments.
The staff of ESBI III Salon has been through a very structured training program. The stylists include Cassy Keller, Mandi Woodruff, Chassidy Harris and Suzanne Mills.
The business is operated from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday; 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ,Tuesday through Friday; and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
