- Bill No. 3352, sponsored by Alderman Dennis Watz, being an ordinance amending Title Three (3) Article I (One) of the Municipal Code dealing with trespass and damage to property - Parking Vehicle Without Consent - in the City of Sullivan, Missouri, by adding a new Section 355. 115, and establishing the effective date. (Passage of this bill would make it a misdemeanor to park a motor vehicle on a private parking lot or a private street without the consent of the owner. The owner would need to properly post these places with a sign 18″ X 24″ referencing this section of City Code.)
