Each year, the best of the best get recognized for their dedication to operational excellence and reinforcing McDonald’s commitment to people and building the business. A total of 59 managers were recognized in the Heartland Region, each receiving an award certificate and being honored by their local McDonald’s restaurant owner/operator.
Ray Kroc founded McDonald’s at age 52 and built the business on the belief that greatness can only be achieved through the dedication and support of a company’s people.
Nominations were solicited from McDonald’s owner/operators and staff members and were reviewed by a selection committee.
