Mon., June 8 – James M. Forbus, Jr., age 23 of Cook Station, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants, both for the charge of driving while intoxicated and on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of failure to appear.
Mon., June 8 – Garner B. Rinehart, age 47 of Steelville, was arrested on the charge of forcible sodomy. A warrant was issued.
Tues., June 9 – Larry S. Thompson, Jr., age 28 of Cuba, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of failure to drive on the right one-half of the roadway. He was released on bond.
Tues., June 9 – Nathanael K. Pendleton, age 25 of Ponca City, OK, was arrested on the charges of burglary second degree, felony stealing and misdemeanor stealing. Warrants were issued.
Tues., June 9 – Jennifer D. Glaser, age 24 of Ponca City, OK, was arrested on the charge of felony stealing. A warrant was issued.
Tues., June 9 – Michael R. Nicholson, age 22 of Ponca City, OK, was arrested on the charges of burglary second degree and felony stealing. Warrants were issued.
Wed., June 10 – Roger L. Messex, age 26 of Union, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of driving while revoked, on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of failure to appear, on a Cuba municipal warrant for the charge of failure to appear and on a Bourbon municipal warrant for the charge of failure to appear.
Wed., June 10 – Seyed A. Sajadi, age 44 of Overland Park, KS, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of operating a motor vehicle without valid license, on a Cass County warrant for the charge of following too closely and on a Wright County warrant for the charge of excessive rate of speed. He was released on bond.
Wed., June 10 – Teresa A. Barton, age 42 of Bellview, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for the charge of passing bad checks. She was released on bond.
Wed., June 10 – Shanna M. Wilken, age 26 of Lonedell, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of distribute/ deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance.
Wed., June 10 – Scott J. Parker, age 27 of Cuba, was arrested on the charges of tampering first degree and possession of a controlled substance and on a parole violation warrant. A warrant was issued for the charges.
Wed., June 10 – Christina A. Carty, age 30 of Cuba, was arrested on the charge of tampering second degree. A warrant was issued.
Thurs., June 11 – David L. Ely, age 47 of Sullivan, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.
Thurs., June 11 – Garry C.J. Williams, age 24 of Steelville, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of nonsupport, on a parole violation warrant, a Bourbon municipal warrant for the charge of failure to appear and on the Crawford County charge of resisting/interfering with arrest. A warrant was issued for this charge.
Thurs., June 11 – Donna D. Quiroz, age 23 of Steelville, was arrested on the charge of harboring a fugitive. She was released after 24 hours with warrant being applied for.
