Jessie J. Hardy of Sullivan, MO passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at the age of 87 years.
Jessie was born on July 9, 1921 in Marquand, MO to Adam and Dessie (nee Cloniger) Masters; one of eight children. She was a meticulous housekeeper and a very loving and sweet person.
She is survived by three children, Ronnie Roberts and wife, Carolyn, of Sullivan, Charleen Perschbacher and husband, Don, of Bourbon and Roy Mattox of Bedford, VA; four grandchildren, Kathi Gregory, Kimberly Pinnell, Richard Roberts and Michael Perschbacher; seven great-grandchildren, Marissa, Jennifer, Lyndsay, Lyssa, Haleigh, Caleb and Chase; two great-great-grandchildren, Emma and Noah; four sisters, Florence Hartsel and husband, Stanley, Marglie Libla, Lola May Helen and Mable Whitner and husband, Gerald; other relatives and friends.
Jessie was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands; an infant son, J.D. Roberts, Jr.; a grandson, John Roberts; a great-grandson, Curtis Pinnell; a brother, Edwin Masters; and sisters, Lela Brotherton and Myrtle Marsh.
A graveside service was held for Jessie Hardy at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2009 in the Whitner Cemetery, Marquand, MO.

All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, MO.
