Missouri Baptist Hospital Auxiliary is again offering scholarships to those interested in entering schools in the medical field (Not pre-med). The scholarships are restricted to men and women living in the Missouri Baptist Hospital service area.
Any graduating senior from Sulllivan, St. Clair, Bourbon, Cuba and Steelville High School with a background in general science, chemistry or biology, may obtain an application from their high school counselor.
The scholarship is good for one year and may be renewed. It is given in the amount of (not to exceed) $1,000, paid directly to the school for tuition and books only. There is no age or marital restrictions. The recipient must be accepted by the school before scholarship payments are made.
