Mon., Feb. 16 – Nicholas M. Floyd, age 22 of Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of assault second degree. He was released on bond.
Mon., Feb. 16 – Christopher T. Fischer, age 24 of Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of driving while intoxicated. He was released to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
Tues., Feb. 17 – Jerry M. Smith, age 54 of Steelville, was arrested on the charge of violation of an ex parte order of protection. He was released after 24 hours with warrant being applied for.
Tues., Feb. 17 - Elicia D. Harmon, age 24 of Cuba, was arrested on the charge of distribute/deliver/manufacture/produce a controlled substance. A warrant was issued.

Wed., Feb. 18 - Kristopher B. Ousley, age 35 of St. James, was arrested on warrants for the charges of passing bad checks and no vehicle/trailer registration. He was released on bond.
Thurs., Feb. 19 – Dawn M. Stites, age 28 of Owensville, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of passing bad checks. She was released on bond.
Fri., Feb. 20 - Charles S. Rhoads, age 45 of Leasburg, was arrested on the charge of operating a vehicle without a license. He was released with warrant being applied for.
Fri., Feb. 20 - Archie A. Stacy, age 44 of Salem, was arrested on warrants for the charges of hindering prosecution, two counts, passing bad checks and theft/stealing of a firearm.
Fri., Feb. 20 - Lawrence A. White, age 36 of Cuba, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of driving while revoked. He was released on bond.
Sun., Feb. 22 - Michael E. Hobbs, age 30 of Union, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of stealing and on a Washington municipal warrant for the charge of contempt of court.
Sun., Feb. 22 - Dempsey A. Callahan, age 29 of Cuba, was arrested on the charge of domestic assault third degree. He was released after 24 hours with warrant being applied for.
