To Meet Fri., Mar. 27
A grassroots group of Franklin County citizens opposed to Proposition C on the Apr. 7 ballot will hold a public meeting on Fri., Mar. 27 at 7 p.m. at Pacific City Hall, Hoven Dr., Pacific, MO.
Voters are being asked to approve or reject a new constitution for Franklin County that will make major changes in county government. The new constitution has been published in local newspapers, is available in paper form at all county offices and can be viewed online at www.franklincountyconstitution.com.
Citizens to Preserve Government Integrity is a nonpartisan group comprised of residents from every part of Franklin County. They share serious concerns about the quality of the constitution being presented to the voters on Apr. 7 and would appreciate time to share these concerns with the general public.
